Fitness is important at any age or stage of life. As adults we must remember to actively enjoy ourselves. Healthful mind and body reduces stress and lifts spirits.
Offering something for all ages, our Fitness Center features a complete circuit of Nautilus equipment , a full array of cardiovascular equipment plus a 1/8th mile carpeted indoor track!
Fall I: September 13th - October 30th

Freedom Pass--NEW!!!
Want to attend a specific class but can't commit to a full session? Purchase a Freedom pass for your class and have the flexibility to attend at your convenience. Purchase only the amount of classes you can attend! All passes will expire at the end of Fall II. Unused classes are non refundable.

Zumba--NEW!! MORNING CLASS ADDED!!
Taught by certified Zumba instructor Cindy Sebastian, Zumba combines Latin and International music with dance to make exercise fun. Zumba tones, strengthens and targets every major muscle group in the body.

Kickboxing
Fun, fast paced, high impact innovative class emphasizing kick-boxing combinations and techniques for your cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and body strength. Gives you a maximum workout!

Yoga
This class will introduce you to the art of yoga. Helps improve flexibility, develop breathing and relaxation techniques as well as improve your state of mind.

Wanting to expand and personalize your aerobic workout? Sign up for designer fitness and attend any combination of land based classes you choose. Great for those with busy schedules!

Walking Club / Senior Walking Club
Just want to walk on our 1/8th mile track? Join this club and come walk with your friends. Limited to track use, only, during following days and times:
Mon - Fri, 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
Saturday, 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
Sunday, 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Fee: $62.00 per year
