Become a Lifeguard!

lifeguardMinimum 15 years of age.

Note: Must pass pre-requisite swim test prior to enrolling. Pre-Requisite swim test consists of the following untimed items: 4 laps (100 yds) freestyle face in water (rotary breathing), 4 laps (100 yds) breaststroke (proper leg kick), 4 laps (100 yds) combination of the two strokes above. Also the following timed item: 20 yd swim, surface dive to 7 ft under water, retrieve 10 lb brick and return 20 yds swim on back with brick on chest using leg kick only.  Student must attend every class in order to receive certification.
