Our senior adult programs and activities are designed to help maintain physical fitness and provide opportunities for social interaction with your peers. Please scroll down for information on programs and activities offered at Farmington Oaks Senior Center.
Civic Center Programs
Coffee Club
Thirsty for company? Come join us every Friday from 8:30am-9:30am in the Progress Room for a cup of coffee, a few treats, conversation, and great company. Come visit with old friends and make new ones. The coffee and friendship are all free. Volunteers are needed to serve.
Arthritis Water Exercise
A nice slow-paced class developed through the National Arthritis Foundation focusing on flexibility exercises, joint protection, and increasing range of motion.

Time: 9:55am-10:55am
Fee: $45.00 - Pass Holder: $37.00
Senior Walking Club

Just want to walk on our 1/8 mile track? Join this club and come walk with your friends. Limited to track use only. Good only during the following hours:
Monday through Friday: 6:00am-9:00am
Saturday: 7:00am-9:00am
Sunday: 11:00am-6:00pm
Fee: $52.00 per year (age 62 and over)
Family Fun & Fitness Route
Choose from 1, 2 or 3 mile routes!
Take an early morning stroll or late afternoon jog through the beautiful tree lined streets of Farmington.
Get a sense of history and nature in your local community while getting a healthy and productive workout. It's inexpensive, interesting, family oriented and most of all .....FUN!!

Farmington Oaks Senior Center --More than just lunch!!
Come spend the day with us, make new friends or reconnect with friends you may not have seen for awhile. Exercise your body in an exercise class, have a hot, nutritious lunch then exercise your mind with one of our public use computers or grab a book from the Public Library extension.
New to computers? Not a problem, we offer beginning computer classes!
Like games? Cards and dominoes are played every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon.
Prefer something with a little more movement? Join our line dancing group the second and fourth Wednesday of every month!
Take a day trip with us! Fun trips and tours planned specifically for you!
